Mean Girls: Pet Parents going all in for their ‘fur babies’

Someone PINCH ME because we were just on NATIONAL TELEVISION!!!
I can finally scream it from the rooftops and tell you all about it — This has literally been the hardest secret I’ve every had to keep in my entire life.
OK, so you remember back in September when we created an oh so fetch Mean Girls party?? One little detail I left out of the mix was that a team from ABC flew to Texas to be apart of the party and immerse themselves in my world. CRAZY huh?! Let me take you back to that magical weekend and the moment I saw us on ABC NIGHTLINE!
It all started with a DM…
I was on Instagram when I received a request in my DMs. It was from some guy named “Justin” and I swore it was a scam. Had to be. Something came over me and I gave him my email. To my surprise he was REAL and this was about to get REAL real quick! We hopped on a call and the rest is legit history. From there we had zoom calls, lots of email threads to coordinate ABC coming to our Mean Girls Party!
On the day of the party I was so nervous, so excited — basically all the feels jumbled into one! The crew met me at one of my amazing vendors, Barkalicious Biscuit Bar, where Nicole and put the last minute final touches to Boba’s epic cake. We boxed everything up and headed over to the venue, Light Box Studios.
Let’s Skip to the GROOL Part…
Once we arrived at the venue we began helping the team unload anything that was left to begin our install, transforming Light Box into a Mean Girls dream! The balloon decor was fabulous and the glitter wall install completely took my vision over the edge! My dear friends with PopLane Events took my vision and brought it to a reality with their balloon styling. It was even better than I imagined! Every detail was bringing the overall Mean Girls vibe to life as we all hustled to setup before Boba’s arrival.
Jaclyn Lee with ABC News was the correspondent for our event and she legit jumped right in and started partying with everyone! From interviewing the pups, to taste testing the virgin puptails, she fully immersed herself into the party and truly seemed like she was having SO much fun! It was a pleasure having Jaclyn!
Every aspect came together to create the most EPIC pet party! Boba came in strutting her stuff ready to have a ball! I think her favorite part of it all was her cake. I was slicing it up and look down at my feet, there she was, waiting patiently for another bite… I mean Just look at her ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ absolutely precious!

Of course you have to capture each and every moment that way you can look back on these cherished memories and relive it all over again! My dear friend and business bestie, Robyn with Haute Dog Pet Photography, was the expert professional photographer for Boba’s party. Ironically, she had captured Boba and her sweet family before; what a small world we all were in the same room! Robyn captured each element and moment of this party SOOO WELL. She made sure detail was photographed, making sure Brandi and her family had all the memories from Boba’s sweet 16. There isn’t anyone else I’d want there capturing this moment with me!
