Questionnaire
Immediately you’ll fill out the information on the questionnaire that’ll only take 5 minutes, I PROMISE. This helps me understand exactly where you’re at in the planning process and what you need from me to achieve this amazing, stress-free party GOAL! It’ll ask you what key points you want to focus on during our call, that way I’m prepared and ready to help you knock out lots of to-dos on your checklist!
Planning Consult
During our 30 minute party consultation, we’ll go over everything you touched on in your booking questionnaire via Zoom. We’ll brainstorm everything together and I’ll assist you in creating all the different aspects of your upcoming celebration! Let me take care of the thinking, the shopping, the unique twists on your theme and let you simply curate and enjoy! #stressfree
Recap & Follow Up
After our fun call I’ll send you an entire recap of our conversation, that way you don’t have to worry about missing a thing while we chat—You can sit back, relax and soak in all the information! Here I’ll also add in your personalized Mini Mood Board, shopping links to purchase, and guidance towards your party goals!

This board is completely personalized and customized to guide you through your upcoming celebration! This is one step I do with all of my luxury party planning clients. They receive something similar to help them envision exactly what our team is curating for them—and now I get to do that for YOU all while helping you achieve your party goals! This will have different aspects based on what your party theme is and what you’re trying to achieve. It’ll spark some party energy, giving you that visual to keep the “party” going.
Within your board will also be clickable purchase links to different items that I personally use at every party I curate and one’s specific for your theme/celebration. This will help you out TREMENDOUSLY and let you check off lots of items on your to-do list!
Personal Guidance & Voxer Access
Think of me as your personal party BFF that’s in your back pocket to help you plan! I’ll share all of my tips and some of my secret sauce for you to sprinkle all over your very own celebration. You’ll have 1-on-1 access with me for 5 days after our call via an app called Voxer—don’t worry it’s complete free!
You can ask me design questions, send me photos and videos asking for guidance, and get my expert opinion to help you during setup or even the day off! Whatever you need, I’m just a message away!
